The internet connection has been flaky during the morning and around 12.30 dropped completely in Mentone VIC. Any understanding of what is wrong and an ETA for a fix?

Since a few weeks ago ping went up from 7ms to 24ms and this is the 3rd outage - seems like service quality has gone s#it. Thinking to change providers, even go to the dark side if things don't go back to how they were!

Some fkery by some exetel employee, might have taken whole Vic down.
Rouge route or some unplanned changes.... this does not sound like a hardware issue (due to fail-over devices) and NBNco does not show any issues or outages... pretty sad, with covid and wfh, there has to be extra care to ensure such impact dont happen right during Business hours on peak day.
I am very disappointed as i started getting calls since i was giving presentation to dozen of people.

Same here in Clyde North. Internet LED on the modem is red. So Annoying!!!

There was a network outage that affected all the Exetel customers in VIC. The outage is successfully restored by Exetel network engineers.
Kindly power restart your modem/router and check if any issue persists. Exetel apologizes for any inconvenience this may have caused.
