I have just upgraded our NBN Plan from the nbn25 to the nbn50 plan.

We are still only getting around 20-24Mbps download speed

Thanks for the PM. I have tested the service from my end and escalated the issue to the supplier to chek fruther. We will get back to you as soon as we have an update from the supplier regarding the slow speed issue.
