All day today I’ve experienced extremely slow speeds and connection issues.
For the last hour, we have had no connection at all.

We are extremely sorry about the delay getting back to you on this and for the inconvenious caused to you over the service issue. There was an outage in Cranbourne Easet and the supplier confirmed it is restored now. We have posted this on the outage notification board at that time. Please refer the below link
