Slow download speed NBN50/20

Hi,

I have been with Exetel on NBN 50/20 plan ever since I connected to the NBN more than 2 years ago. My download speed has never been anywhere close to 50mbps and has never exceeded 30mbps. The fastest I have seen is the high 20's, it is commonly in the teens and often below 10mbps. In fact my upload speed often exceeds my download speed. I have finally run out of patience and would like this to be investigated.
