Hello Support,
I do have a ticket, 613634, and every second home has the same problem. TPG customers are getting modems replaced after lightning strike Saturday early AM as I type as are other provider's. I am slated for another day or so. Is it possible to have that expedited due to the five people having to work from home please?

The supplier hasn't informed us this is a modem issue yet. There is a technician visit booked for your service and a technicin will be at your premises on 27/10/2020 between 08:00:00 - 12:00:00. We will do the needfull if the technician cannot resote the service and there is an issue with the modem provided by exetel.
