No internet mid North Coast

No internet service, can anyone tell me if it's an outage or whether I need to get under the house

Hi, thanks for the update.
Unfortunately NBN only contact via text message with limited options. My wife and I both work so it's difficult to arrange an appropriate time. NBN did contact me but after choosing option 2 (reschedule) there has been no contact since. Can I place my account on hold during this time as I don't want to pay for something that I can't use

Hi Geoff,

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. We will arrange one of our engineers to call you tomorrow and arrange a suitable technician appointment. Unfortunately, the billing process is automated for an active service but once the fault is resolved, this case will be reviewed in regard to suitable downtime credit.
