Tech Support Hours

In the last couple of weeks I've needed to contact tech support on two different occasions to notify an outage. On both occasions I got a recorded message "Tech support is closed". No other information. I would be helpful if the message advised when tech support is open, and in which time zone.

According to https://www.exetel.com.au/contact-us, tech support is supposed to be available 8:30AM-10PM. Once again, no mention of a time zone.

Is that information on the site up to date or have the hours changed?

Apologize for the inconvenience caused. We will pass your feedback to our developers to check on the recording whether it mentions the opening time.

Our website does mention the time Zone on the contact page. We are open from 8:30 am - 10 pm Monday to Sunday (AEST)
