I have started my 6th year Rooscoota
I joined up on 16 Feb 2005.......does that count?
That's the date Exetel told me when I rang them, but I remember celebrating when Exetel made 1,000 members. Was that 2005 or 2004?

We still have almost 500 of our first 1,000 ADSL customers (including 3 of our first 5).

If that has been continuous usage you should qualify for Pioneer Discount.

I also checked my usage. The first day was 21 April 2004
21/04/2004 0.00 0.00 1.66 39.04
Do I qualify for Pioneer discount, and if so, how do I claim it?

Probably just missed. Pioneer discount was for the first 1,000:

I've been with Exetel some time. I love the service.
Is there anything we pioneers can do to give back what you give to us? For example, I schedule my downloads to begin at 3am or 4am, cause that's the lowest usage. Doesnt make any difference to me. They are all finished when I wake up.
Open to suggestions.
