I chalked up 10 years with Exetel on 24 June. Unfortunately due to being moved to a plan that had a 35% price increase, and more disappointingly effectively a 50% decrease in data allowance, I moved my broadband, home phone and 2 mobiles on 30 June.
I was disappointed to have to leave, and could not understand after years of being so competitive I was able to get a much better deal with another provider. I always appreciated the quality of service and value Exetel provided and have always recommended them to friends and family. Sadly those days may all be over. I hope Exetel will still be able to get back their competitive edge.
Bye

I never did get that email. I am now with NetCube after being one of the original Exetel sign-ups. I am very disappointed with the treatment I was given by Exetel, jacking up my plan price by $38 and then charging my account $134 after churning. Exetel can go and jump.HI coconutdog,
I will pass your request through. Someone from our sales team will be in touch with you

Something strange going on. Transferred to a $89 plan and get charged $137.81 and some other transfer magic stuff and hey presto only charged $104 instead of $89. How does this work? I have also moved to another provider after 10 years here.
