Ok - so of course - the service starts behaving itself.. Exetel support team have asked me to keep an eye on it and note down when I see slow speeds. Right now, it's running OK.

Very strange tonight... getting my best Speedtest since connection,

.. yet, the service feels REAAAALLLY slow - browsing Facebook is taking 10-20 seconds to reload a page (I'd shoot another video but my mobile is flat - it's on charge).

I'll continue to monitor..
