I do experience quite frequent dropouts, however I'm not sure whether its my modems fault.. I'll connect my computer directly to the NBN device and will check how it goes over the weekend.

The other thing i wanted to cheek with you.. I wanted to use MoIP service in iPhone 4s, however I'm not sure how to use it. I checked Exetel forum and i found that one of the recommended Apps is Zoiper. I did install it, couldn't find Exetel among providers.. to set up SIP account manually i need to fill in following details:
Account name: VoIP Number
Domain: 58.96.1.2
User name: VoIP Number
Password: VoIP Password
Caller Id: VoIP Number

Or should i simply contact Support regarding this.
Thank you, again!!!

hmm.. i think i was not provided these numbers.. checked my personal email, sms, and messages in Myexetel… All messages i received were regarding internet only.
I think i found my Voip number in "services and usage".Is it just a number without any "@qld.exetel.com.au"?..
furthermore, I'm not quite sure about the password . I tried the same as I used for internet, however i was not able to authorise both in Zoiper and Linphone.

That information is not correct. I have sent an automated password with the correct log in credentials.

Let me know if this does not work.

OMG!
it seems this drama will never finish..

I got an Sms with name & password.. thank you very much. It really looks like it is possible to get help only here…

So i logged in and i was able to call local mobile.. however i was not able to call internationally.. so i called support and was advised that somehow calls on international numbers were locked on my account, and that he will unlock it without any problems.. i was promised that i will be able to make this phone calls within 15 minutes. Sounds great!
guess what?
in 5 minutes my internet disappeared.. now i can not even connect directly from NBN box.. I already spent 1,5 hours on the phone with 2 different Support personal (this time it was suggested that my laptop is broken). And now the phone call disconnected.. so i have to call again.. and i have to go through all this procedures again… OMG!!! when will this finish?? or will it finish ??

Ps..
seriosly, my ears hurt already
