We have investigated with the basic tests and found the speeds are within the acceptable ranges according to the provisioned 12M plan. Let us know if you have any further queries by replying to the email we have sent to you today. Email ticket Ref#10839616

Still getting 10mbps on speed tests.

Since this is a throttled service, I was expecting closer to the promised 12mbsp...

Is this worth investigating?

If I can be sure to get the improvement I would consider upping to 25mbps.

Getting 10M in a 12M plan has nothing to investigate as the supplier confirmed as an acceptable speed. However we cannot confirm a guaranteed speed until a plan change have completed with the provisioning stage. If you wish to go ahead with the 25M plan change, you need to contact the Exetel sales department.
