Actually I felt the referral bonuses were overly generous anyway, it would be nice to get some sort of benefit thoughCoreyPlover wrote:There may well be (although the higher speeds and higher bandwidth requirements are a disadvantage from an ISP's point of view) but the crux is that ADSL2+ profit margins are too small to allow referral credits to be paid whereas ADSL profit margins allow this.jok11n wrote:I would have thought there was more benefit to getting people on ADSL2+ services than ADSL1

$30.00 for a new ADSL1 or ADSL2 customer
$15.00 for a churn ADSL1 customer (all ADSL2 customers are regarded as new customers)

Re: New Customer Referral Scheme
When you refer people, they need to fill in your service number on the application form when they first sign up. I'm not sure if the referral bonus can be applied if this is not completed.tvphan wrote:What should i do to be eligible for a discount

Re: New Customer Referral Scheme
Log into your User Facilities, then check your referral details under "Reduce Your Costs", then check your ADSL invoices (specifically, the October invoice) and you will see your credit so far. Note that credits are not applied until the next invoice after a referred account is activated.
