But not on 512/128 it seems. As soon as I saw the email I checked and my TELH-512 plan is still 36GB (again). I looked up the ADSL1 plans and there are only two 512/128 plans left! None of the 1500/256 plans come close to the quota I get for a similar price so I'll be sticking it out on this plan for a while. It's a bit frustrating though because at work I have a 10Mbps/10Mbps fibre internet connection. :(
You should get a fibre connection through Exetel:)

Wow this is great. My TELN plan went up 8gb :D. Well i'll do my bit and return the favour and change my torrent schedule to 2am -11am instead of 12am -12 pm.

I'd love to do that James. Just as far as the data centre where I have my web sites. I'm only using about 20% of my current bandwidth there and it connects at 4 or 5 Gbps.  Now that would be one hell of an Internet connection.

Just a pity about the $450 a month interlink fee. Hmm, unless you guys have a POP at Equinix?

Cheers,

Mike

We don't have a PoP at Equinix.

Thanks again Exetel. From 2gb to 4 and then to 6 gb...Never has this happened to me anywhere by any ISP. No wonder I recommend it so much...
Well done..

Exetel,
I am on TELJ plan and I am fairly certain that when I checked (somewhere?) for the increased plan allowance that the peak period had moved from 20gb to 24 Gb from 1st October. Now when I check (either for a plan change or my current usage chart) I cannot find any evidence of this change to 24 Gb.
Please confirm that the change is not a figment of my optimistic imagination .
