New Referral Bonus Scheme From 1st January 2009

Post by ForumAdmin » Mon Dec 22, 2008 3:02 pm

As has been previously advised the Referral Bonus Scheme that has been in operation up to midnight on December 31st 2008 has now ended. All entitlements under that scheme will be reflected in credits on the January and February invoices.

A revised referral scheme will operate from 1st January 2009 until 30th June 2009 which will provide the following bonuses to current Exetel customers who are instrumental in encouraging other people to sign up for Exetel services:

New ADSL1 service - $25.00

Churn ADSL1 service - $25.00

Any ADSL2 service - $25.00

New HSPA service - $25.00

Is this referral scheme part of the LITE Agent programme?
The views I present are that of my own and NOT of any organisation I may belong to.

No. It is, as it always has been, for current customers.

So basically... if we want better return, we should become lite agents instead?

i.e. $30 to us, $15 to the signer-uperer (new word!)

https://www.exetel.com.au/business_members/referral.php also needs to be updated with the new referral scheme ...

It currently says:

Reduce Your Monthly Broadband Charges

Exetel will credit your monthly broadband access charges by $60.00 if another customer applies for, and is successful in getting, a new ADSL1 service with Exetel.

Exetel will credit your monthly broadband access charges by $30.00 if a customer using another ISP’s ADSL1 service “churns” to an ADSL1 service with Exetel.

with no mention of ADSL2 or HSPA
