Put A Face To An Exetel Name

If you've communicated with an Exetel staff member in your time with Exetel you can now, mostly, see what they look like here:

The missing photos will be displayed when we can get them taken.

The Sri Lankan staff photos will also be displayed in the new year.

We didn't/don't think it necessary to include the director's photos - there is no likelihood of any customer ever talking to them..

Wow, certainly got a tightly run ship now, for the size of the network now and the day to day issues etc. I would say the level of support for the amount of users must be better than worlds best practice. Amazing the tickets all get dealt with. I would be interested to see how many open tickets are unresolved at any one time, and how old the oldest ticket is (sometimes there are reasons for them being 4 -6 months old) although this may be commercial in confidence..

The number of tickets unanswered at any end of day ranges between 0 and 20.

The oldest ticket, at the moment, is 38 days - an irresoluble issue within a carrier network.
