I used all types but not the much per type.

Would you consider a package type ie $5.00 which includes
40 local calls, 40 mobile minutes, 15 SMS and 10 faxes.
or something similar?
:-)
Yes, something of this size would also fit our usage pattern nicely
+1 although I'd be hard pressed to send that many faxes ever.
Potentially a different way of presenting this information (but along similar lines),

How about,
$1.00 per HOUR - to national/local numbers; And
$3.00 per HOUR - to mobiles.

These would be "power hours" with "unlimited calls" available inside contiguous 1hr - blocks --set however many hours you'd anticipate using for Exetel to charge monthly those hours. The SMS, Fax packs--presented as they are, $1.00 each--appear all fine.

I thought all the freebies will no longer be available from March? I have been charged for all the voips made since start of this month.

My VoIP meter is showing the same thing. Hopefully it's just a temporary thing while they are re-programming things in preparation for March...!

The usage meter has been loaded again. It should display the correct charge now.
