You would be better off using your LIte agent code - you would get $30, and they would get $15 - once off payments.

Hi,

I am a bit confused about the current situation regarding discounts for bundling services. Is there currently a discount for bundling an ADSL2 line with 2 mobile services?

thanks, Iain.

Is there any information online with the details of how this works? I can't see anything here:

What would be the total cost of 2 X CAP19 mobile plans plus the OT-20 ADSL plan?

thanks, Iain.

$57.50 per month. CAP19 gives a $10/mth discount.

OK - lets rephrase that:

What would the net cost be of 2 X CAP19 mobile plans plus the OT-20 ADSL plan?

a) $47.50 (ie 1 x $10 discount because of the CAP plans)
b) $37.50 (ie 2 x $10 discount because of the CAP plans)
c) Something else :?

I think if you had the $20 line rental it comes to $57.50

Currently OT-20 costs 39.50 per month and $10 discount on Cap 19 plan

$39.50 + $9 + $9
= $57.50

Hi Everyone,

Currently on my 'member facilities' page, I have the option (under 'Manage Services') to C'hange Service' to the new OT-series plans (e.g. OT-10, OT-20 etc).

There is currently no option to switch to an OF-series plan (with telephone calls included).

Is this likely to become available at some stage?

many thanks!

Hi,

Currently the option to change from an OT to OF plan is not available as they are considered to be in two different wholesale contracts. Hence, moving between these plans may incur a charge.

Currently there's no confirmation if these plans will be made available soon. However, it's always best that you check your Exetel Members Facilities as if/ when it's made available it will be listed there.
