Re: Pioneer Discount
Wow, thank you Exetel!
Re: Pioneer Discount
Thanks mate...I’ve sent them a note. It does seem a little inconsistent…CoreyPlover wrote:viewtopic.php?p=266171#p266171 suggests about July 2004.Nevskii wrote:Would someone remind me what the cut off date was for the pioneer discount? Obviously prior to April 2004![]()
If you were April 2004 you should email billing@exetel.com.au to confirm whether you are eligible
Re: Pioneer Discount
Anyone have a link to what this 'Pioneer Discount' is all about?
Re: Pioneer Discount
You won't find anything on the website. It's a token of thanks by Exetel management for the loyalty of the very first group of customers to sign on with the new company, and who are still with Exetel. They all joined in the first few months.
It is an ongoing reflection of the gratitude we feel to those customers who have been with us for a very, very long time and who 'stood by us' during the two very, very difficult periods of our 'life' to date.
Re: Pioneer Discount
I just noticed the increase in the pioneer discount on my November invoice... thanks Exetel! I look forward to another 7 years of exemplary service.
Re: Pioneer Discount
I first applied to join Exetel on 24 Aug 2004. I have been reading some posts here about Pioneer members still receiving discounts. Over the years I have moved house but always stuck with Exetel. I have just made the switch to NBN and asked for some consideration for my long term membership but to no avail other than a $20 credit offered to anyone who made the switch.
So I'm asking if I'm entitled to any discounts as an Exetel member for almost 13 years?
