South Brisbane Exchange

For those Exetel customers connected to the South Brisbane Exchange you will have, hopefully, received an email from Exetel advising you that your Telstra/Optus/AAPT service will be discontinued in the near future due to the closure of Telstra's current PSTN exchange and will be replaced by a new fibre only exchange.

The solution to this problem is that you will be connected to the new fibre only exchange before your ADSL and telephone service is disconnected.

The good news is that you will be able to select a new fibre internet service and a new telephone service at prices below the old ADSL and PSTN telephone services:

8 mbps - 200 gb downloads - $39.95

30 mbps - 300 mbps downloads - $49.95

100 mbps - 300 mbps downloads - $99.95

all services include Telstra telephone service

No connection fees apply.

These prices are well below the current NBNCo prices Exetel is able to offer at the moment.
