Can i please confirm in regards to above reference number that a technician is required to just change over comms box with a new one.
Builder got water into the existing box so it fried the system, builder has agreed to pay for a new box if this can be organised to install asap as at the moment we have no TV or internet as everything is connected to underground fibre through this box.
Can someone please advise quickest way to get a technician out to do this please

Service issue ref no is 11744466. We have logged the service issue with LBN stating exactly what you have informed. They have internally acknowledged the fault and we are waiting on their confirmation about the technician appointment. We will update you as soon as we receive their update.

Hi I've been told everyday that someone from Lbn co technician will call me the next day
I am still waiting 3 days and still no call no internet ?
Please explain why so long ?

He actually just showed up on my doorstep unannounced

Glad to hear about the technician visit as we have periodically informed them and have escalated.
