PSN Speed Issues

Post by manwe » Tue Nov 25, 2014 1:56 pm

So the past few days I'm been suffering from some PSN related speed issues. I guess I probably should be asking Sony, but I figured maybe its some exetel related path issues.

Anyway normally I get reasonable download speeds (given my DSL connection a megabyte a second is normal). BBut the past day or so its probably 10% of that. And checking speedtests, Speedtest.net from my PC on the same LAN gets me around 12 megabits (about normal), whilst the PS4 speedtest says I'm getting 1.4 megabits.

Which is causing me to not be able to play Dragon Age, as two days in its only downloaded 10GB of its 44GB.

*grumble*

Hi,

I have tested the connection from our end and couldn't fine any apparent issues. Since the you are getting proper speeds when the PC is conencted directly, it's best to contact the devise manufactures and investigate it further.
