Change NBN IP back to our previous ADSL IP?

Hi,

Our not for profit surf club just moved from adsl to NBN, and with the new account gained a new external IP.
We are currently having some issues with a streaming company who want to charge us a monthly rate as part of the need to change our IP.

I want to know if it's possible Exetel could assign our new NBN account the IP address we had for adsl2? They belong both to the same subnet and the adsl plan has not yet been deactivated and still has the ip assigned (115.70...)

I'll know we're we stand with the streaming by the end of this weekend.

In order to check the possibilities of an IP swap, could you please confirm the 2 static IP addresses through a PM?

We have resolved the issue with the streaming site, and don't need to change our IP address.
