Hi All,
Is anyone facing issues near Mernda area in VIC . Since 6pm today every 5 minutes there is dropout .also speed has been very slow .I have restarted modem many times but same issue so far .
Please advise

Since 2 months my speed is slow and also internet drops every 10 mins . This is unacceptable ...please have a look into this matter . I have also called and spoken to your tech support but no solution ..I have to restart modem many times in evening so that speed improves . Also if I am trying to download something on mobile or computer internet keeps dropping a lot . What's the reason?
My customer ID is 375938.
Also I have tried changing modem as per your tech support . Updated the DNS as per other forum on netcomm modem .
