My WIFI on the Exetel supplied ZTE H268A NBN modem has suddenly stopped working. This is with either the 2.4GHZ or 5GHZ networks.
I can see the networks and can connect to them from any device, but when I connect there is no internet and I am given a 169.254.x.x address.
The ZTE device is not my DHCP server, there is another router on the network doing that. But I have had this configuration for months successfully without any issues, it is only a few days ago that the wireless has stopped working, and nothing has changed on the router.
Any suggestions?

What's the default username and password and IP address to connect to the device? I am assuming a factory reset will get rid of all the exetel settings it came with?

Default IP - 192.168.20.1
Username -admin
Password - admin
Exetel settings are usually pre-configured with the modem using a static profile. Therefore, factory reset will automatically push Exetel pre-config settings.
