Very Slow Upload Speed

Hi all,

I have always had slow upload speeds but they have gotten unusable lately.

I have 0.6Mbps upload speed and can't find a way to improve them.

Anything I can do to fix this issue?

We need to investigate further, before escalating with the wholesale supplier.

Therefore, perform speed tests in random times of the day via http://speedtest.exetel.com.au/ and send us the results attached to residentialsupport@exetel.com.au for further investigation.
