Hi, my power light on the modem is currently red and I have done a switch off and unplug etc 3-4 times, However still comes up as red. On My Exetel it mentions the account is fine with no outages in the area. I lodged a ticket 2 days ago but have not heard back. Also went onto Whirlpool and the only advice was to lodge a ticket.
Any advice?
