Wireless Broadband Problem

Hi,

Using the loaned Exetel modem, I tried to connect to the net, but have the constant red LED light and limited or no connectivity status. I then did the same thing with an Unwired modem and it connected via Exetel. I also checked that when downloading, my usage was counted towards my Exetel account and not my Unwired account. However, I've read that this isn't allowed, so I'm wondering what I should do now.
