having problem play online games

I recently having some probelm with a online game I have palyed about half year, repeatly disconnacted, slow connection to game sever. Before I am fine with more than 500 people at the same sence, now I get lag with 50 people at the same sence. I asked their support team, they say it is probably my DNS server's problem. Is your DNS address still 220.233.0.4 as primary,and 220.233.0.3 as secondry?

Those DNS settings are correct. I suggest you email residentialsupport@exetel.com.au with your service number, the name of the game you are experiencing issues with, and if you know them, the port(s) that the game operates on.

By the way, what is a "sence"?
