Can I have my wireless connection fixed?

Can I have my wireless connection fixed?

I e-mailed Exetel about it but no reply yet ..

First I couldnt get past the login screen, kept saying "Technical Difficulties"
Then I was told my account was now activated and to try again, now its like theres NO internet connection ..

I plugged in the modem, got full signal, cleared IP cache etc and renewed - then yeah, when I try to browse theres no login page just an error page like I have no connection..

Can you please let us know the ticket number and I will see what is happening to it.

I have found the ticket and it is with the provisioning department at the moment they will reply when they can.

Why is there a problem with it though? Shouldnt it have just logged in automatically etc - they'd replied to me telling they'd fixed it ..

That and they've already charged me for the modem

I got in but noticed a few problems
- I have full signal but am only getting roughly 20kb/sec - shouldnt I be getting about 50kb/sec?
- Also I cant login to Exetel members facilities although my login/password are correct
