Was fine before, now crawling again after a few drop outs. Anyone else?
Seems to be off and on.

By the silence, I assume not. I suggest you log a fault. Also, in future, it would be helpful to indicate whether you are talking about an Unwired or HSPA wireless service, what you mean by dropouts (i.e. Unwired: Modem renegotiates, HSPA: web sites time out / connection drops to GSM / connection actually disconnects) and where the speed test comes from.

Email residentialsupport@exetel.com.au

but i'm not sure why you still use the Unwired product, when our 3G service is much faster, and much cheaper.

http://www.exetel.com.au/residential-hs ... mation.php or under your member facilities (Order HSPA from Exetel). The one downside to these plans is that they require a USB dongle (i.e. a $170 outlay) but they do beat Unwired in all other aspects (monthly costs, usage costs, speed, mobility, coverage, etc)

Did I read correctly that HSPA includes uploads and downloads within its prepaid and paid data allowances? Or is upload free?
