Hi I don't see any wireless adaptor in this list which would suggest to me that your wireless AP (on your modem router) is not broadcasting, as your other wireless devices are not working either.
In an earlier post you said you were having to connect to exetel whenever you restart, how were you doing that?

Going into network sharing centre viewing status going into connection and setting up in properties.
Then entering user name and password

Thanks for that output (In general, no, capitals don't matter and neither do spaces for parameters but what would have been happening here is that you do not have access to create a file on C:)

Yeah. I can see you have a "PPP adapter" configured for the Exetel connection. This means that your computer is sending commands to the modem to authenticate instead of having your modem doing the authentication itself. This latter way of doing things is MUCH better for networking and troubleshooting.

One issue you have is that your DNS server settings on your network adapter are incorrect. You have 220.233.4.0 and 223.233.3.0 hardcoded in there, they should be 220.233.0.4 and 220.233.0.3 so neither of your DNS Servers settings are correct.

What I suggest you do, however, to configure your network properly is to follow your user manual. So I recommend you download a copy that Dazzled linked to first (because you won't have internet during this setup) and then follow the steps from page 15 - 23:
  • Restore your modem to factory defaults (from your modem's manual you can do this by holding the reset button, powering on the router and continuing to hold the reset button for 5 seconds)
  • Delete the PPP adapter in your Network Connections
  • Under Network Connection, right click the Local Area Connection, go to Internet Protocol (TCP/IP), Properties and ensure both the IP Address and DNS address settings are set to "automatically obtain"
  • You should then be able to access http://192.168.1.1 and log in with the username admin and password admin
  • In this web interface you will see a "Quick Setup". Use VPI = 8 and VCI = 35, press Next
  • Use the default Connection type and encapsulation "PPPoE" and "LLC/SNAP" press Next
  • Enter your Exetel provided username and password (by default the username is your 10 digit phone number including area code followed by @, then followed by your three letter state abbreivation then .exetel.com.au and by defualt your password is your 10 digit phone number including area code followed by the first two letters of your street name in capitals
  • All the rest of the settings can be left as their defaults and the final step involves clicking Save and Reboot. After this step, you computer and all wireless devices will have permanent internet without any dial-up connections needed
Edit: Would I be correct in thinking that this computer is connected to the modem via cable and that other devices connect via wireless? Because again, having your computer connect via a PPPoE adapter (akin to a dial-up connection) and then sharing this connection via internet connection sharing is very artificial. If you follow your user manual you can set up your modem to do all the authentication to Exetel and that way you have a permanent internet connection that any computer or device (via ethernet cable or wireless) can connect to immediately
