Altering VOIP settings in User Area

Two quick questions if I may :D

I setup VOIP in the USER Area a while ago for my NBN Exetel service. I would like to change the settings. I initially selected

VoIP Access from: Exetel Network Only IP

I would now like to access Exetel VOIP on other networks from a VOIP App on my iPhone. Do I just clear that setting now and press "Confirm order" ? The "Confirm order" part has me confused.

Secondly can you recommend a suitable and good VOIP client App for the iPhone?

We use the Linphone softphone on both Android and Linux systems very successfully, on whatever network we find when travelling. There is a version for Apple as well.

Thanks
Un-tick the check box " Exetel Network Only IP " and click on enable roaming. Once you have received the token in your mobile, you may paste it in the field and confirm order.
