VOIP - Can make calls but can't receive calls

Hi, I just became aware of yesterday that I am no longer able to receive calls and I haven't received calls for a week before. I used my mobile to call my home number and the call ends after a second.

It is always worthwhile power-cycling your modem (i.e. turn it off, count to 10, turn it back on) as a first trouble-shooting step, then try another test call.
Log a fault ticket here
or call Exetel VOIP numbers (02) 8030 1000 or 1300 788 141 (log faults 24x7)
