International to UAE

Post by spectrum » Fri Oct 26, 2007 2:34 pm

Hi,

I just gave the calling card service a try. The call cost wasn't as I expected. The rates listed on http://www.exetel.com.au/voip_pricelist.php indicate 31 cents per minute. From a $10 charged-up card I would have expected around 32 minutes. After dialling the number I was told I would only get 16 minutes and that was accurate. That would equate to around 62 cents per minute instead of 31 cents per minute.

Have I missed something? Are there different international rates for the calling card service?

did you use the access number or the call-back function?

I found that it was working correctly. because you are billied 2 call legs.

system split your call charge into two half, one for the land line and one for the destination.

our developer is working on this to see if we can fix in another way.
