VoIP Calling Services

I signed up for VoIP Calling Services based on the email sent out some time ago and then realised the Access Number now answers rather than being engaged and calling back. Being Regional NSW it seems I am making a long distance call to the Access Number when I am trying to avoid long distance call costs. Is there something special about the Access Number?

Can you please provide the access number you dial so we can test it here?
