VoIP will not authenticate.

Hi,
I have received the email with the VOIP settings for my new ADSL2 Naked connection. I put all the settings in as described and I am getting an auth failure from my modem (Billion 7401 VGP-M).
Looking through the logs this is the error message: SIP Invalid Username/Password for phone XXXXXXXXXX
I have also tried connecting with my mobile phone using Fring and getting the same issue.
So the settings that I am using on my modem are below. From all the reading of documents and the fourms they appear to be correct.
Setting for Phone Port 1
- Registrar Address(or Hostname) 58.96.1.2
- Registrar Port: 5060
- Expire seconds: 3600
- User Domain/Realm: 58.96.1.2
- Outbound Proxy Address: 58.96.1.2
- Outbound Proxy Port: 5060
So at this point in time it looks like a problem with my user name and password, but since I have never had VOIP running on this modem before I am not ruling out a problem with the modem.
Has any one got there Exetel VOIP running with a Billion 7401 VGP-M?
Any help is much appreciated.
Regards,
Adolph
