Sydney DID Number Availability

I got the email notification regarding no charge for a DID number. So I followed the directions on the website and cancelled my non-DID VOIP service, and then tried to order a new DID VOIP service. It requires that you select a DID number, but there are no Sydney numbers there to select. There are numbers for other cities, but not for Sydney.

Maybe I'm doing something wrong? Any ideas please.

Basically, Exetel have temporarily run out of Sydney DID numbers due to increased demand. ETA for more Sydney DID numbers is sometime this week - see
