Just wondering if there is any method of accessing the VOIP Voicemail via a web interface.

I currently have email notification turned on but would like to be able to access a web interface to selectively delete or move messages from the Voicemail box. Seems easier than doing it from the phone handset.

Are there any plans to introduce one?

It is not in the plans at the moment.

The platform will need to be upgraded/changed before this can be possible.

Wait, can't you set your VOIP voicemail to email you the voice message?

Just point it to your Exetel mailbox and use webmail to retrieve it.

Yeah you can do this and once it is forwarded to the mailbox it will then be deleted off our platform as well.

But i think the OP wanted a GUI to manage the actual mailbox if i understand it correctly?

I wasn't aware that having the email forwarding activated resulted in the message being deleted from voice mail. I've struggled to find any information on the VOIP voicemail.
