VOIP setup and troubleshooting

Halo,
I am a new user with naked adsl2,but when someone try to call my Voip number it always goes to voicemail straightaway and it never get a ring
sound.
How can I disble the voice mail?I try to disable from user facilities but did not find it.

My Voip number is xxxxxxxx.
and also if we make a call,after 1-2 minutes it cut off and I have to redial again.,I am using OPEN 824RLW modem.

Thanks for disable voicemail,but the problem still exist,if we call that number it never ring and a few second it cut off.
Would you please tell me what to do?also if we making call ,in 1 minute-2 minutes it will disconect and I have to redial again.

I am not familiar with your modem/router but does it have remote mangement?
If it does can you please enable it so i can log in and check everything for you?
Otherwise you may beed to send in screenshots of the modem/routers configuration page.

I called him already he will speak to you about it..
I have also editted his number from the forums aswell.

Thanks so much for your attention.
You can try to call that number and you will notice its not normal.
If you noticed from the voip meter,you will see that the conection approx.around 1 minutes and disconect.
