Activation Fee?

Post by bennyvo » Sat Jun 14, 2008 1:26 pm

Hi,
I just signup for VOIP with no minimum plan fee or monthly charge.
After submit, I read:
1) Your nominated credit card or bank account will be debited for the cost of the activation

Is there an activation fee that I didn't know about?

thanks

No, there is no activation on VoIP services unless you are talking about Calling Card services which is an upfront cost for credit.

If it is a local service (with equipment or softphone), unless you are ordering a V200 or additional hardware, you will not be charged when signing up.

Hi,

thanks for the reply... I signup for plan b with no monthly/minimum charge and use the softphone. I guess no activation fee for me. :D
The signup was quick, I able setup and make the test call just fine. :D
