no voip service?

I made my first voip call on saturday since joining Exetel about three weeks ago. I'm not sure why but today when I check the voip meter and service stats, I see this in my members homepage:

You don't have VOIP Calling Service with Exetel

I'm not sure what the problem is but there's a plan B with no monthly costs and calls within Australia are $0.01. Just wondering if I should change to this plan B in the members page.

are you looking at the VoIP meter listed under the section VoIP (equip needed) ?

Voip calling service = calling card service
VoIP (equip needed) = normal voip

if you have applied voip, please check voip equip needed
