VOIP message bank

Being new to this not sure how to proceed ( linksys PAP2T )
it appears that most of my missed calls are going to message bank
1/ how do i retrieve them
2/ how can i adjust the message bank so that my answer machine gets the message

VoIP messages can be retrieved by dialling 121 from your voip phone. If you want to use your own msg bank, you need to setup the hardware to intercept call before 40 sec call divert to our voicemail.

HI
when i call my voicemail (121) using my VoIP phone and press 1 on the dial i can't access me message bank
anyone got any ideas whats going on?

are you actually able to get into the message bank system? with that model billion, you are only able to access the system if using the 711 codec.
