Does Exetel VoIP support Call out without register?

Post by mily » Fri Jan 16, 2009 9:54 am

I tried with my linksys 3102, and did a few searches on the forum, the answers seems to be No. (if I am wrong, please correct me)

I am using two different sip services now, and the 3102 can only register onto one proxy at the same time. Then I have to give up the DID I used with the other provider if I want to enjoy 100 free calls with Exetel. But what's the reason for Exetel doing this?

This does work - you should set Allow OB calls without register to "yes".

I had same situation..... after I recently replaced my old SPA2000 with a new 3102.

So I setup Exetel voip in PSTN line (voip to pstn) to register..... and also as a gateway account in Line 1.

I then setup my Line 1 dial plan so that all Australian calls went via the Exetel gateway.
