If you are using Exetel VoIP then it is like any other landline number. It is best practice to dial the 10 digit number to ensure that anyone in Australia can call you.
The views I present are that of my own and NOT of any organisation I may belong to.

Might be a silly question, but do you have Nimbuzz running when you are trying to receive the calls?

If it wasn't obvious from my question, you need to have Nimbuzz running (even if minimised) to both make and receive calls. Otherwise, it would be like trying to edit a document without your Word Processor program open :D

Hi

Could you please PM me your VOIP number and I'll have a look - I can't identify your service from the IP you've posted from.

Thanks
