If you are doing meaningful settings for Profile 1 (there must be a 1st account) and it won't save changes, you have got me. It is just possible that refusing to save is a self-protecting response to some contradictory settings you have accidentally made, programmers often do that, but I have no experience of this. You could talk directly to Netcomm (it isn't always quick, so don't use a mobile) or at
