cant pick up incoming calls with xlite

hi im trying to use xlite with a billion 7402vgp and exetel voip
my incoming calls keep ringing out for the caller even though x-lite registers as answering the call.

sip is disabled inside the 7402vgp with no lines registered.
outgoing calls work fine from xlite with two different providers
when i register my exetel account it registers successfully, the calll will ring and answer successfully on xlite,but the other phone will continue to ring (e.g. my mobile continues to ring until it says no answer)
any help appreciated

Hello berserkk,

Could you post up your xlite config details.

Do you have any firewalls in the background of your PC? If so could you please disable them all.

ip: use local (tried the other option as well)
stun:tried discover & stun.counterpath.ne
enable ice: unticked

port:
tried unticked, (5602-5605), (47899-48899)

Firewall is turned off on the billion,
no windows firewalls
