Sorry no.
The only "Port" towns available are Adelaide, Kembla and Melbourne.

Wagga Wagga DID's (NSW) are now available.
You are able to select from the VoIP order form.

Re: Regional VoIP DID's
Definitely interested in Toowoomba, QLD DID's. Will switch from Engin to Exetel VoIP when these DID's are available.
EDIT: Those numbers would be 0746xxxxxx. Might just say it again. VERY interested

We can get DID's for Toowoomba.
To make a better business case, is there anyone else interested in this area?

Re: Regional VoIP DID's
I want to get naked ADSL through Exetel but would want a Toowoomba DID number for VOIP.

OK. Toowoomba DID's have been ordered.
They should be available on the VoIP order form tomorrow.

Mmmm...
Toowoomba population = 95,265 - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Toowoomba
Launceston population = 103,325 - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Launceston,_Tasmania
Any chance we can get DID's one day?

It's a distressing siutation in Tasmania and we feel your pain. The DID's are simply not made available by our supplier's.

Re: Regional VoIP DID's
Thanks
Will order VoIP when the numbers are there, but it may take a little bit to start using it, due to needing to cancel Engin and get a new ATA (since the engin ones are locked).
EDIT: "Toowoomba population = 95,265" I'm pretty sure Toowoomba is 120,000+.
EDIT EDIT: If I sign up for the $0/mth plan, and don't use it at all, does that mean no fees at all will be charged?

Well yes that's correct. I guess you are just wanting to use it for incoming calls if that's the case.If I sign up for the $0/mth plan, and don't use it at all, does that mean no fees at all will be charged?
However, you should know that we do perform DID purges from time to time and we will re-issue unused DID services, with notice.

No no, I meant that if it takes a while to get Engin cancelled and to buy some new VoIP hardware that I won't be charged in the meantime.ExetelVoice wrote:Well yes that's correct. I guess you are just wanting to use it for incoming calls if that's the case.

P.S. Toowoomba numbers are still not on the order form

Re: Regional VoIP DID's
If your VoIP hardware is not locked you will be able to use it with Exetel, if it is locked to Engin just call them to enquire about unlockinging it. Will work out cheaper than buying new hardware.ozkidzez91 wrote:No no, I meant that if it takes a while to get Engin cancelled and to buy some new VoIP hardware that I won't be charged in the meantime.
