Getting started with VOIP

Post by popper » Thu Dec 10, 2009 10:01 am

Hi all,

I am currently on plan TL-BA, but am yet to get a VOIP package due to a delay in getting a modem.

What I would like to know is, to get VOIP up and running, all I have to do is order a VOIP service via the members area?

How quickly does this usually happen once submitted?

Thanks.

Ian

It takes as long as it takes you to get the details into the modem. The provisioning takes about 3 seconds normally. :)
