VoIP calls engaged

Hi

Not sure what is causing this but I get nothing but engaged when I try to dial out on the VoIP. I get the dial tone and dial the number but just engaged. The VoIP says its registered in the router so I'm at a bit of a loss. I checked it on a friends of mine exetel VoIP who has a similar router (Billion 7404VNOX and Billion 7404VNPX) these are both at the latest firmware. The VoIP was working fine but I haven't used mine in ages any ideas?

Is it possible for you to enable remote access to your VOIP device. please refer this: http://forum.exetel.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=58&t=27397 and e-mail voip@exetel.com.au to be able to configure/check details on your modem for you.
